Exchange and return within only one day from the date the shipment reaches you. Conditions: 1- The product must be in its original condition and not used, with all attached labels intact, not removed or damaged, and wrapped in the original packaging. The product will be inspected by us first, and the store will not accept the return of any used or damaged product. 2- The customer bears the shipping costs for exchange and return, knowing that all products are imported from outside the Kingdom. 3- Exchange-Return guarantee with a store policy of 85 riyals. 4- Refunds are only for returned products, and other fees such as shipping fees are non-refundable. 5- Return in case of a manufacturing defect in the product, and the store bears all shipping costs, knowing that (stitching - glue) is not a manufacturing defect. 6- Method of exchange or return: after paying the policy fee, the policy will be issued and sent to the customer, then the customer prints it and sends it to the nearest SMSA branch, with the necessity of packaging the box with a cover to protect it before handing it over to the branch. 7- Refunds are made after receiving the product, and the money transfer is done within two to three weeks of receiving it. 8- If the customer does not receive the product or refuses to receive it from the shipping company, they must pay the return shipping costs of 85 riyals. Also, if the customer cancels the order after it has been shipped from the warehouse and refuses to receive it, an amount of 85 riyals will be deducted as a return fee from the product's value when refunding. There are no exchanges or returns for countries outside Saudi Arabia due to shipping costs and difficulty; please verify sizes before ordering.
